Should you decide to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing via email at academy@zitaayurveda.com. Your request must be received before the end of the 7-day refund period described below.

3.1 Refund Eligibility
– 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To qualify for a refund, you must have completed no more than 25% of the course.

3.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to academy@zitaayurveda.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following information:

– Date of purchase
– Reason for cancellation/refund request

3.3 Refund Processing
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund:

– Courses or content that have been completed beyond 25%.
